DELIVERY AND RETURNS

  1. Delivery method.

1.1. Delivery is available to Lithuania or to  any other selected country worldwide.

1.2. When placing an order, you can choose a convenient delivery method:

1.2.1. DPD courier. Door-to-door delivery. Scheduled delivery time is sent by a message. Choosing this method, you can pay by cash.

1.2.2. DPD self-service terminal. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parcels can be taken without any interruptions, 24/7.

1.2.3. Omniva self-service terminal. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parcels can be taken without any interruptions, 24/7.

1.2.4. LP express self-service terminal. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parcels can be taken without any interruptions, 24/7.

1.3. Free pick-up is available in “Rituale Skin Stories” store. Address: Brastos st. 14, Kaunas, Lithuania. Working hours (Monday-Friday): 10am-7pm.

 

  1. Delivery time.

2.1. In Lithuania:

2.1.1. Orders placed till 5pm are being delivered within 1 working day.

2.1.2. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends are being delivered within 2 working days. 

2.2. The time for orders made outside the territory of Lithuania depends on the chosen country.*

*After selecting the exact location, an individual delivery time will be set.

 

  1. Delivery price.

3.1. Delivery in Lithuania is free of charge for orders larger than 50 €.

  1. Returns and complaints.

4.1. “Rituale Skin Stories” is responsible for all of the goods placed in the https://rituale.lt/en E-shop.

4.2. Returns can be made within 14 working days from the date of the receipt of goods.

4.3. Goods that can be returned should be complete and have their original packaging. Items cannot be already used or somehow damaged. If the return does not follow these requirements, we may refuse to accept it. Changes of the packaging that were necessary to inspect the product are not considered to be substantial changes.

4.4. When a low-quality item is returned, we commit to replace it with an analogous product. In the case of not having an analogous product, we refund you the money paid for the product.

4.5. You will be responsible for the return charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged or low-quality goods.

4.6. If the payment was made with a gift voucher, a refund will be made in an identical manner. You will be provided with a new gift voucher. Its value will be set upon the price of the returned item.
