PURCHASING RULES

These rules apply to https://rituale.lt/en E-shop. Following this document we kindly ask you to get acquainted with the procedure of purchasing goods and any other processes (payment, delivery, terms, return options).

1. General provisions.

1.1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the „Rules”) are a legally binding document which defines the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the buyer (hereinafter „You”) and the seller (hereinafter „We”) when you purchase the goods in the E-shop (hereinafter „the E-shop”).

1.2. These rules govern the terms of use of https://rituale.lt/en (hereafter referred to as „website”) and other terms and conditions. “Rituale Skin Stories” provides trading services on the basis of these rules. By using our services you confirm that you agree to these terms.

1.3. This website is owned and operated by MB „Rituale Skin Stories”, company code: 305638013, address: Vaižganto g. 11F-10, Kaunas, Lithuania.

1.4. In the case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or completely terminate the activity of the E-shop without informing you about it.

1.5. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

2. Moment of the conclusion of the contract.

2.1. The contract between You and us is deemed to be concluded from the moment you click on the „Order” button in the E-shop, having created the shopping cart, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and being familiar with our rules.

2.2. The agreement comes into force when we receive your payment and is valid until the final delivery of the goods.

2.3. Each agreement between You and us is stored in our website (E-shop).

3. Purchasing the goods.

3.1. https://rituale.lt/en goods are divided into 4 main categories: beauty fridges, skincare plans, Rituale sets and products. A detailed description of each product can be found by clicking on the selected product and choosing „More”.

3.2. Order can be made at any time of the day, any day of the week.

3.3. To order a selected item of https://rituale.lt/en click the „Add to cart” box. The item will automatically be placed in the shopping cart. By clicking on the „View your cart” box, you will be able to check all of the items added.

3.4. Once you have added all items to your shopping cart, there will be a selection of payment methods. Click the button „Continue”, provide the required information for delivery and confirm your order by clicking „Pay now”. After successfully paying for the order, a confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address.

3.5. Payment methods:

3.5.1. Bank transfer. Our bank account: Swedbank LT087300010165014857. Please enter your order number as the purpose of the payment.

3.5.2. Gift voucher.

3.5.3. Cash (COD).

3.5.4. OPAY.

4. Gift vouchers.

4.1. You can use a gift voucher or a discount code before making the payment: fill it in a special „Discount code” field and click „Apply”.

4.2. After successfully applying the code you will see the final (decreased) price. Make sure of it before making the payment.

3. General obligations of the buyer.

3.1. You have to pay for the goods and accept them, unless agreed otherwise.

3.2. If the data submitted on your registration form changes, you must update it immediately.

3.3. If purchasing goods, you agree with these rules and must comply with them.

4. General obligations of the seller.

4.1. To provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the E-shop.

4.2. To deliver your ordered goods at the indicated address within the agreed period of time.

4.3. In the case of important circumstances (unable to deliver the goods you ordered), we are obliged to offer you an analogous product, and if you refuse to accept it, return the money you paid.

4.4. In the case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or completely terminate the activity of the E-shop without informing you.

4.5. We may unilaterally change the these rules.

5. Delivery.

5.1. The goods are delivered by us or by our legally authorised representatives.

5.2. The condition of the ordered items must be checked with us or our authorized representative at the time of the delivery.

5.3. If you notice that the parcel is damaged, you must not accept it. After you have accepted the shipment and signed an invoice or a delivery document without any comments, the shipment is deemed to have been successfully delivered.

5.4. In the case of the self-service parcel terminal delivery, you must also check the condition of the parcel at the time of the delivery. Please inform us immediately about any changes that were noticed.

5.5. We are not responsible for the failure to respect estimated delivery time limits if it happens due to the fault of the Buyer or due to any circumstances beyond our control.

6. Responsibility.

6.1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If you submit inaccurate or false data, we are not responsible for the consequences of that.

6.2. The customer is responsible for the actions taken using the E-shop.

6.3. For the violation of this document the parties are liable in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.4. In case of any loss or injury, the guilty party covers all losses to the other party.

6.5. All products purchased from our E-shop are for personal use only. The buyer does not get the right to resell purchased items or somehow benefit from it.

7. Transmission of information and reports.

7.1. All messages related to your orders have to be sent to the e-mail address provided in your registration form.

7.2.  Your questions, reports and messages have to be sent to our contacts in the E-shop section „Contacts”.

8. Protection of personal data.

8.1. Personal data protection policy is applicable to any information that is related to personal data. It is governed by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania and is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

8.2. The buyer is directly responsible for storing (remembering) his username (login) and password. The buyer must ensure that he is the only person who knows the username (login) and password. If noticed someone else having access to your data, please let us know immediately.

9. Intellectual property.

9.1. Our whole content including text, graphics, design, trademark, pictures, videos and audio materials used not to a benefit of our company is protected by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU.

9.2. The color, print, font and design of the “Rituale Skin Stories” brand is a property of our company and it is strictly forbidden to use any of its fragments. Neither content nor trademark may be used, resold, copied, reproduced, replaced, pledged or otherwise used without our written consent and control.

10. Final provisions.

10.1. These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Dissemination of any information given in the E-shop without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

10.3. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules are resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
